My Derukui Network

A celebration of achievement and a safe space to share how a "Derukui" network nurtures resilience, boosts confidence.

We’re inviting speakers to share real, personal stories about what it means to be a derukui — someone who dares to be different — and the community that helps them keep going.

What Speakers will receive:

If selected to be one of six speakers at the Next Generation Summit

  • Accommodation at the USJC-designated lodging for the nights of August 1st and 2nd, if more than 2 hours of commute is required

  • Travel stipend to cover part of your transportation

  • Complimentary admission to the 2025 NGS

  • Special invitation to the summit reception with sponsors

  • Highlighted on the NGS website and newsletters

Selected winners will receive

  • Photo opportunity with the Judges

  • Award Certificate

  • Invitation to speak at the USJC Annual Conference in Hawaii

  • Accommodation during the USJC Annual Conference

  • Complimentary admission to the 2025 USJC Annual Conference
