Shoko Hamaguchi is an alumna of the 2016-2017 TOMODACHI MetLife Women’s Leadership Program. I work in the Human Resources department of the construction industry, currently focusing on promoting diversity and inclusion. In a male-dominated workplace, I strive to create an environment where everyone can work authentically and reach their full potential. My efforts extend beyond policy development to include driving mindset and cultural change. I find great fulfillment in carefully listening to voices from the field and gradually fostering meaningful transformation. I am also pursuing an MBA, learning about organizational development from both theoretical and practical perspectives, as I continue to take on new challenges for a better future.
