Hiromu began alpine skiing at a young age and played as a student athlete through college. After graduating from university, he retired from competitive skiing and began working in the private sector. 

In April 2020, during his third year as a working adult, he joined the Community Revitalization Cooperation Program in Inawashiro Town, Fukushima Prefecture.

In July 2022, he founded Inabishi Inc.

The company focuses on product development and sales utilizing underused local resources, planning tourism content, and hosting educational trips and various group tours.

Its flagship product is Hishi Tea from Lake Inawashiro, also known as Ninja Tea, made from the seeds of aquatic plants growing in Lake Inawashiro.

Starting this year, the company has embarked on new initiatives such as renovating traditional Japanese houses (kominka), charcoal production, and a cherry blossom avenue restoration project.

Hiromu is also serving as the youngest member of the Inawashiro Town Council.
