Austi Kaji is a bilingual Japanese-American based in Tokyo with experience in international trade and investment. She currently works as a Project Manager at Intralink, assisting overseas startups with go-to-market strategies and establishing partnerships with Japanese corporations. She also serves as the Japan Representative for the State of New Jersey, where she secures investments from Japan and Southeast Asia for the state.

Outside of her work, Austi also volunteers her time as Vice Chair of the Young Professionals Forum at the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ACCJ), and is a member of the Event Planning Committee for the Japan Region of U.S.-Japan Council. She holds a B.A. in International Liberal Studies from Waseda University.
